Code of Conduct
Runnymede Rockets is a welcoming, inclusive club. These principles apply to all members, coaches, and visitors.
Respect everyone
Treat all riders, coaches, officials, and spectators with respect — regardless of age, ability, or background.
Ride safely
Follow all track rules, coaches' instructions, and session guidelines at all times.
Look after the track
Help keep the track and facilities in good condition. Report any damage or hazards to a coach.
Positive environment
Encourage other riders. Negative behaviour, bullying, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
Parents and spectators
All adults attending are expected to model positive behaviour and support the club's values.
Welfare first
The safety and wellbeing of all members — especially juniors — is our highest priority. Report any concerns immediately.
Welfare Concerns
If you have any safeguarding or welfare concerns regarding a child or vulnerable adult at the club, please contact our Welfare Officer directly.
